Camie Anderson has been a land use planner since 1999 with experience in both private and public sector. She has a vast knowledge of project management and area regulations. Adept at research and problem solving and preparation of municipal permits, applications and SEPA compliance including assisting public agencies in their role as lead agency, Camie looks for practical approaches to meet the needs of the client. Her background includes permitting educational facilities/special districts for new construction and modernization/remodels, preparing and processing environmental/shoreline permitting, completing site feasibility studies, co-authoring Environmental Impact Statements, coordinating with local and state agencies and providing hearing representation. More recently, Camie has been assisting on several mixed-use developments from SEPA compliance to land use entitlements. She also is an Environmental Professional and authors Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
Outside the office, Camie enjoys good food and wine, as well as traveling.
