SPG produces a completely integrated work product for our public clients that evolve from our experience in the development of comprehensive and capital facilities plans, annexation impact analyses, and property assessment work. We integrate the needs of our clients with other reviewing jurisdictions and the community at large.

A number of area jurisdictions rely on SPG for assistance in analyzing their permit processes. We have developed a model that uses confidential stakeholder and employee interviews to identify strengths and weakness in permit processes and make recommendations that improve customer and staff relations, speed the permit process, and deliver quality customer service.

We have well over 250 successful projects working with school districts in the region. We have provided representation to school districts that has seen them through complex permitting processes with special consideration for budget and timing constraints.
